Portable Ethernet Analyzer from GAO

Toronto, Canada – GAO Comm (www.GAOComm.com ) has released its portable 10/100/1000m Ethernet analyzer(DN065)for various complex tests. It is an ideal tool for analyzing and troubleshooting Ethernet networks during construction or maintenance. This analyzer is able to test full line rate 10/100 and GE performance including throughput, latency, frame loss and back-to-back frames tests.

The 10/100/1000m Ethernet analyzer features multi-network testing and comprehensive network monitor functions. This easy-to-use analyzer includes an electrical interface and an optic interface and operates in either single or multi-mode. This advanced analyzer generates constant, bursting or ramped traffic loads, as well as simulates multiple stations–up to 500. It performs long-distance tests via two DN065 placed at the two ends of a WAN and enables the operator to conveniently download stored data.
