Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, has just announced its new Model 9743 High Density, RJ45 Switch system. This network switch affords 24 channels of Cat 5e RJ45 A/B/C/D switching in only 8.75 inches of panel height.

This 4-position switch allows compatibility with all RJ45 interfaces and is rated 10/100/1000Base-T networks, up to Cat5e. All 8 pins of the Model 9743 are switched.
