Zeligsoft Appoints Ross MacLeod as President and CEO

Zeligsoft, a leading vendor of software development tools to the embedded computing industry, today announced that Ross MacLeod has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Francis Bordeleau, company founder and technology visionary, assumes the role of Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Product Strategy.

Mr. MacLeod is a seasoned executive bringing 25 years of experience from the telecom and embedded platform industries where he held senior executive positions at companies such as Nortel and RadiSys. During his distinguished career he performed a wide range of executive and senior management functions in R&D, operations and product management and has been responsible for leading global operations and R&D efforts in Europe, Asia and North America. While with Nortel, he was responsible for the company's main product R&D lab in China, the Computing Technology Lab in Ottawa, Canada, and the multinational Wireless 3G R&D program from Nortel's lab outside Paris, France. Most recently Ross led an independent consulting company, advising businesses on technology management and improving product development effectiveness.
